2. Pre-Owned Inventory & Grading Policy

All devices listed on Ejaz Communication are certified pre-owned or open-box tech units. Every device undergoes an exhaustive 40-point technical diagnosis covering screen integrity, battery health, camera hardware, network connectivity, and speaker output:

• • Mint Grade:Flawless cosmetic condition, zero visible scratches, 100% original components.
• • Good Grade:Minor cosmetic micro-scratches on casing, 100% functional integrity.
• • Open Box:Like-new condition, unactivated or minimally used with original manufacturer packaging.

3. Order Placement & WhatsApp Ordering

To offer the fastest personalized assistance, device purchases and stock reservations are processed directly via WhatsApp (+91 85840 23090). When you initiate an order, our sales representatives confirm item availability, physical condition video checks, payment options, and delivery or store pickup schedules.

4. In-Store Reservations & Pickups

Customers opting for in-store pickup at our Kolkata branch (KILKHANA ZOARDA BUILDING, U 157/1 S.H ROAD, Kolkata) can hold reserved inventory for up to 24 hours. If the device is not collected within 24 hours, the reservation expires and stock returns to public listing.

5. Device Trade-In & Data Backup Responsibility

For device exchange or trade-in transactions:

• warningCustomers are 100% responsible for backing up personal photos, contacts, and files prior to hand-over.
• warningCustomers must sign out of all cloud accounts (Apple iCloud, Google Account, Samsung Account) and disable Find My Device before handing over trade-in units.
